Package Quote & Consultation Fee: Based on your needs, we’ll recommend the most suitable design package and provide a quotation. This quote will also show the required consultation fee. Payment & Scheduling Onsite Meeting: Once the consultation fee is paid, we’ll send you a link to schedule your onsite consultation (if applicable). Onsite Consultation & Contract: During the onsite meeting, we gather project details, inspiration, photos, and measurements. After the meeting, you’ll receive the design contract. Once the contract is signed, the consultation fee will be credited toward the total design fees. After we receive the remaining design fees, we begin creating your custom 2D/3D design. Design Presentation: We create your design tailored to your vision. The design is presented virtually, and for clients located far away, printed materials are mailed for reference.

Our designs are primarily conceptual and visual, intended to provide clear direction for layout, materials, and overall intent. Build-ready design plans may be provided depending on the selected package, however final construction drawings, engineering, and permit approvals should be completed by your contractor or local licensed/certified professionals. While we strive for accuracy and clarity, we are not liable for discrepancies, execution errors, or carelessness on the contractor’s part during construction.

Yes. A consultation fee may apply depending on the scope of the project and travel distance. This fee covers our time, expertise, onsite analysis, measurements, and professional recommendations, even if you choose not to move forward. The consultation fee does not include extended travel expenses such as flights, lodging, or out-of-state travel. Any additional travel or accommodation costs will be quoted separately and approved in advance. If you proceed with a design package, 100% of the consultation fee will be credited toward the cost of your design. Consultation appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time for a full refund of the consultation fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or failure to attend the scheduled consultation, will result in the consultation fee being non-refundable, as this time is reserved exclusively for your project.
